Currently, at ARCDOTT, RCM Solutions Priyanka excels in prospecting, developing business relationships, and driving product
demonstrations. She leverages platforms like LinkedIn and outbound calls to connect
with potential clients, ensuring her efforts result in high-quality leads and strong client
engagement.
Priyanka’s responsibilities include managing client calls and emails, where she provides in-depth product information, demonstrates software services, and builds long-term relationships with clients. As a key point of contact, she communicates effectively with prospects, documents all interactions in CRM systems, and works towards establishing lasting business partnerships. In addition to her current role, Priyanka is expanding her skill set by freelancing as a Spanish translator, which demonstrates her commitment to personal and professional growth.
